About

Nutrition care that respects real life.

I’m Qaswara Affaf, a Registered Dietitian based in Wellington. Over seven years across hospital, community and private practice I’ve seen how often people are handed a diet sheet and left to cope alone. My practice is the opposite of that: a thorough clinical assessment, an honest conversation, and a plan built around the food, budget and routine you actually have.

I work most often with gut disorders, diabetes, women’s and maternal health, and families navigating fussy eating or growth concerns. Whatever brings you in, the goal is the same — fewer symptoms, more confidence, and a way of eating you can sustain long after our sessions finish.
