How payment works

Payment is arranged after your appointment is confirmed and is due before or at the consultation. Card details are never entered on this website — you’ll receive a secure payment link, or bank details if you prefer a transfer.

Credit or debit card

Paid through a secure payment link sent with your appointment confirmation. Card details are never entered on this website.

Online bank transfer

Account details are included on your invoice. Payment is due before the appointment unless arranged otherwise.

Itemised receipts

Every consultation comes with an itemised receipt showing the NZRD provider details you need for a claim.

Health insurance

Many insurers — including Southern Cross and nib — reimburse registered dietitian consultations under specialist or wellness benefits. Check your policy first; you pay here and claim back.

Full payment, cancellation and no-show terms are set out in the terms & conditions. How your information is handled is covered in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly. If your GP or specialist has provided a referral or recent bloods, bring them along — they help tailor your plan.

Are consultations in person or online?

Both. In-person appointments run from Wellington central, and secure video consultations are available anywhere in New Zealand.

Can I claim on health insurance?

Most insurers cover dietitian consultations under specialist or wellness benefits. You'll receive an itemised receipt to submit.

What happens in the first session?

We review your health history, symptoms, routines and goals, then build a plan you can actually apply — no rigid meal plans unless you want one.

How do I pay?

By card through a secure payment link, or by online bank transfer. Payment is due before or at your appointment, and card details are never entered on this website.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll find another time at no cost. Changes inside 24 hours, and missed appointments, may be charged the full fee.
